Medals

What materials are used?

The medals Poinçon 22 as well as the chains are made of 18K yellow, rose or whitegold, 750/1000. Each jewel is hallmarked to certify the quality of the gold. The stones are real precious stones selected by the jewellery workshops.

Is there a charge for engraving?

Each medal is unique, and in order for it to be personalized Poinçon 22, you can engrave your jewelry. At the time of purchase, the price includes the engraving according to the chosen option. After purchase, if you wish to add an engraving, it will be charged. An estimate must be made with Poinçon 22 in order to determine the cost. Personalized medals cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I personalize my jewelry after I buy it?

If you wish to have your jewel engraved after purchase, you can send us your jewel to personalize it with the desired engraving. To do so, please send an e-mail to contact@poincon22.com.

Where to try on Poinçon 22 jewellery ?

To come and try on Poinçon 22 jewels, we invite you to make an appointment on the website. Appointments are made in Paris and, exceptionally, in other cities.

 

Can I have a piece of jewelry made to measure?

It is possible to make custom orders from existing models. All requests are treated on an individual basis, so please contact us: contact@poincon22.com. You can also create your own bespoke ring for an engagement, birthday, anniversary or other special occasion. We love making unique, made-to-measure jewelry!

 

Can I take a shower with my jewelry?

Yes, you can. It's 18K gold jewelry. Beware of stones such as mother-of-pearl, malachite, carnelian, onyx and lapis lazuli; we recommend avoiding contact with water and any chemical substance. Learn more about the care of your medal.

Is it normal for my jewelry to wear out?

Like any piece of jewelry, rubbing, contact and all kinds of other wear and tear bring your medal, your jewel, to life. It is therefore normal for scratches to appear, as part of the natural wear and tear of your jewel.

How do I clean my medal?

If you would like to give your medal a shine and clean it, this service is available. Please contact us: contact@poincon22.com.

Is my chain strong enough for my medal?

Your chain must be at least equal to the weight of the medal, but like any piece of jewelry, your chain can break due to external stresses. For example: strong or regular pulling on the chain, accidental snagging, etc.

How can I avoid damaging my jewelry?

Poinçon 22 does not cover damage to Products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, neglect following purchase, normal wear and tear. Chains are not guaranteed.

To avoid damaging your medal, store it separately from your other jewelry and avoid chemical substances. For your chain, take care not to pull on it strongly or regularly.

Delivery

How is my order delivered?

Your order will be delivered in a jewellery box that is slipped into a pouch with a bag and the certificate of authenticity.

Each parcel is delivered against a signature. For security reasons, we do not deliver to parcel relays.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free in France and Europe. For the rest of the world, delivery charges are added to the price of the Products when the order is validated.

For any delivery abroad, outside the European Union, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the customs charges applicable to his purchase Poinçon 22.

Can I receive my personalized jewelry faster?

Each piece of jewelry is made in a jewelry workshop, with a maximum production time of 3 weeks. But if you need your jewel more quickly, contact us, and we'll do our best to satisfy your request: contact@poincon22.com.

Returns

How do I return my order?

You may return your non-personalized order for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can inform us of your wish to return by email. Returns and exchanges for personalized or made-to-measure jewelry are not possible.

Once you have received confirmation of your return, there are two ways to return your order:

- Directly at the Poinçon 22 showroom in Lille: 129 rue Royale, 59800 Lille. Contact us to let us know you're coming.

- By Colissimo against signature. We advise you to return your order by Colissimo with signature, as any delivery problems are not the responsibility of Poinçon 22. Returns should be sent to our Lille office: 129 rue Royale, 59800 Lille.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

 

What are the conditions for returning an order?

In order for the refund or exchange to be accepted, the jewel Poinçon 22 must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, not scratched in its original packaging, pouch and jewellery box, with all protections and original accessories.

Each returned product will be subjected by Poinçon 22 to a quality control in order to ensure the conformity of the returned product. If the returned product passes the quality control, Poinçon 22 will then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Your order can be placed :

- By credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

- By Paypal.

- By Apple Pay

- By check during an appointment Poinçon 22. The order will be validated only when the cheque is cashed.

The Poinçon 22 e-shop does not allow payment in instalments.
