Delivery

Poinçon 22 delivers to your door free of charge in France and Europe. For the rest of the world, delivery charges are added to the product price when the order is validated. For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes applicable to their purchase Poinçon 22. These customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. To find out which customs duties or taxes apply, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the relevant authorities in their country. In the event of a dispute with a customer, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. 

You can also collect your jewel from our showroom in Lille.

As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a delivery tracking email.

Shipping time is 2 working days for jewelry not in stock (with the exception of rings, bangles and other jewelry for which a 3-week lead time is indicated on the product page) and 3 weeks for personalized jewelry and jewelry not in stock. Please contact us for urgent orders: contact@poincon22.com

  • Personalized jewelry (engraving, made-to-measure, etc.) :

Please note that Poinçon 22 jewelry personalized with engraving cannot be returned for exchange or refund. All engraving is made to order, so the character of each engraving is unique.

  • Non-customized jewelry:

In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, jewellery Poinçon 22 can be returned or exchanged within 30 days in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. You therefore have 30 days to inform us of your return request via our returns centre.

Once the return request has been accepted, you can return your product via Colissimo against signature. Returns are at your expense. You can also return them free of charge to our Lille showroom.

In order for the refund or exchange to be accepted, the Poinçon 22 jewel must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, pouch and case, with all original protections and accessories.

Each returned product will be subjected by Poinçon 22 to a quality control in order to ensure the conformity of the returned product. If the returned product passes the quality control, Poinçon 22 will then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
