Preparing your orders
The greatest care is taken in preparing your jewelry. We do everything to ensure that opening your order is a moment of happiness and wonder. After the jewel has been checked, it is placed in its case. It is protected and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and care instructions before shipment. A personal note and a bag can be placed in the parcel to offer the jewel.

Each piece of jewelry is meticulously observed and checked as it leaves the workshop. Gold color, engraving, precious stones and gemstones are checked.
We take great care to ensure that 18K gold jewels are free from manufacturing defects and engraving errors.
Every detail of the jewel is observed before it is dispatched or collected from the showroom. Our mission during verification is to ensure that the gold jewel perfectly meets your requirements and expectations.
the jewel cases
Our medals, with or without chains, as well as bracelets, are presented in matching cases with their certificate of authenticity. Fine rings are slipped into a pouch, while larger rings, made-to-measure rings and engagement rings are placed in a case. Our caskets are made with care and quality to be as elegant as our jewelry: they are objects in their own right.
The cases and pouches are delicately wrapped in silk paper, which is itself perfumed beforehand. Cases are necessary to protect your jewel during transport, but also once the parcel has been received. In fact, we recommend that you place your 18K gold jewel in its case when you are not wearing it, and that you store your jewels in separate cases to avoid scratching them.

"A jewel made for you": This card reflects the House's primary mission, to create unique, sentimental jewelry to sublimate each person who wears it. Our jewels are crafted by our artisan jewelers on demand, which is why they have no analogues. This on-demand production method reduces sales and production costs, as well as our impact on the environment.

The dated certificate of authenticity will be placed in your jewel case. Our jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months.
the word and the bag
If you'd like to give the 18K gold jewelry as a birth, christening or anniversary gift, you can choose to accompany it with a personal note and a bag.
You can write a note to the person you're giving this precious piece of jewelry to. The words are handwritten by our team for an authentic result and are placed behind the insert in the case or in the pouch depending on the jewel chosen.
What's more, a bag can be included in your package if you wish. This allows you to give your gift in a more refined and joyful way.
shipping
Once your jewel has been meticulously protected and presented, the parcel is handed over to the carrier. There are several delivery options:
Pick-up at the showroom. You can collect your jewel directly from our showroom in Lille or Paris.
Colissimo delivery against signature. Most of our jewels are sent by colissimo against signature. Delivery takes 48 hours once the jewelry has been made in our workshop and shipped. Your presence is required to receive the parcel.
Chronopost delivery. This type of shipment is ideal if you want to shorten the delivery time. Our parcels are delivered the day after they are dispatched before 1 p.m. using this delivery method.
