Maison Margaret is a family story founded in 2017 by a sister and brother, Anne-Claire and Pierre-Michel.
Following the success of its washed linen and cotton gauze linen collections, the brand decided to innovate and expand in spring 2019. It created its very first eco-responsible women's wardrobe. Beautiful materials, pretty colors and love - that's one definition of this universe.

The three fashion and decorating essentials for feeling good every day?
Fashion: A Charlotte sweater, mom jeans and a pair of sequined socks.
Decoration: A candle, a soft Maison Margaret plaid in cotton and linen gauze and a pretty mug for drinking my tea.
What's your favorite place at home?
I love far too many, but I'm going to choose my big room: bright, cozy and soothing.
And outside (a city, a street, a park, a museum...)?
Buttocks in the sand with a view of the setting sun at Hossegor.
The first restaurant you'll go back to after all this?
A beach guinguette in Hossegor is just what I've been dreaming of.
When it comes to meals, do you go all out or do you just take it easy?
Bonne franquette improved since I've got 3 kids and a box to run ;)
City or country?
The 2 my captain, why choose. My life right now is one week out of 2 and it fulfills all my desires.
What's your favorite spring look?
Milo flowing pants and one of our magical cotton gauze blouses, Chloé or Nina, my heart sways.

What's your definition of style?
Hummm, not to have one... Or rather, not to lock oneself in and allow oneself the freedom to change one's style precisely, between morning and evening or from one day to the next.
For me, style is nothing more than feeling sublimated by your clothes, but always feeling comfortable in them ;)
If you were a subject, you would be ... ?
Cotton gauze: soft, gentle, enveloping and vaporous.
What's your morning routine?
When I get out of bed, I stretch and sunbathe for 15 minutes, shower and so on. I practice intermittent youth until 1:00 p.m., light a candle and make myself some tea. And the day gets off to a gentle start.
A favorite piece of jewelry that you never leave home without?
My maternal grandmother'swedding band.
Your favorite precious or fine stone?
The original diamond;)
Which jewel(s) from the Poinçon 22 collection do you appreciate most?
My bracelet Initiale with the initials of my 3 kittens offered by Jessica.

Poetry, gentleness, ethics.

What inspires you?
Flowers, color, photography, architecture and design, nature and various artistic worlds, sports, music, travel and discovery in general stimulate my creativity.
How did you come up with the idea of opening Maison Margaret à la mode?
The desire to offer a more complete universe in the mood of the brand, for this we went through a homewear collection that met with great success to arrive at offering ready-to-wear.
Which Maison Margaret product are you most proud of?
Ready-to-wear in general. All the start-up stages of new developments are big challenges. And this one was a real challenge.
Women are at the heart of all your collections. What would you like to bring them?
The desire to offer comfort and softness above all through the choice of colors and materials.

What role does sustainable development play in your brand?
Very important! A prerequisite...
We're not perfect, but we do our best with the means at our disposal and our desire to go further. Our sourcing is increasingly sustainable, using dormant stock, certified yarns and materials, Gots certification, European confection.
What's next for the brand?
More surprises to come! Giving ever more meaning and excitement.

What's your favorite quote or motto that you live by in everything you do?
"There are no failures, only experiences.
It reminds me that we only have one life! It makes me forget my fears and go for it! Entrepreneurship means "daring", doing whatever it takes to succeed, and if that doesn't happen, then it's still a rich experience that will help me recreate something else. Life is all about movement!
