Le Nordiste: Quentin Bailly

Crowned world pastry champion in 2013, Quentin Bailly, a native of Northern France, opened his own boutique in the heart of Vieux-Lille in 2017. This Easter, Quentin Bailly is reinventing traditional Easter eggs with an assortment of Far West-themed treats. Between cacti, cowboys and sheriff's medals, let yourself be tempted by original Easter chocolates.

The artist : PATRICK ROGER

Patrick Roger, sculptor and chocolatier, creates chocolate masterpieces. Trompes l'oeil of such perfection that he won the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolatier in 2000. This year, he revisits the Easter egg by giving it the Republican colors, a nod to the presidential elections, as confirmed by the name of his creation "Coq ou Poule présidentiel(le)!" (Presidential Rooster or Hen).

After working for some of the world's greatest pastry houses, the winner of the 2005 Pastry World Cup opened his own pastry shop in 2013. In 2022, Michalak offers his usual range of products for Easter, including this assortment of revisited Easter eggs. Among others, you'll find flavors such as truffle, pecan and also a gourmet vanilla marshmallow.
